Middle Passage Productions, a non-profit media enterprise was founded by Barbara E. Allen in 1992. For this venture, Allen assembled professionals who share her vision that media should include multi-cultural perspectives.
These dedicated professionals attempt to give sound to stifled voices; visibility to the invisible; and attention to the ignored. This multicultural team is committed to presenting a positive media image of people of color to audiences throughout the world.

– Andrei Tarkovsky
